Many of us will be watching a football game today if only for commercials and trendy half-time show.
What makes the time in between breaks more fun? (read more)
It’s a fake, a phony, a wannabe.
But, if you have a hankerin’ for something cheesecake-y, this li’l fabrication might do the trick:

Ingredients:
4 oz. cream cheese (1/2 box)
½ cup powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
some graham crackers
strawberries (fresh or thawed frozen), optional

In a mixing bowl, blend cream cheese, powdered sugar and vanilla.
Spread mixture abundantly onto some graham crackers.
Top with strawberries or a bit of your favorite canned pie filling, if desired.
