Greater St. Louis Renaissance Faire begins

Amusez-vous bien (enjoy yourself) at this year’s Greater St. Louis Renaissance Faire held in Wentzville’s Rotary Park. The event will be bustling with activity on Saturdays and Sundays beginning May 15 through June 7, including Memorial Day. Friday, May 15 is Student Day.
The setting is 16th century France in a village called Petit Lyon. There you will be entertained by strolling minstrels, jesters, jugglers and even belly dancers. Here is a link to a video of last year’s sword fight. Of course there will be delicious food to eat and treasures to purchase.
