Austin Powers innuendos aside, getting dogs to behave can be quite challenging. The Renaud Spirit Center’s Basic Dog Training Class and Puppy Class offer hope.
The courses will cover: potty training, sit, stay, come, down, off, leave it, loose leash walking, doorway training, socializing with people and other dogs, preventing problems and basic agility training.
Puppy Class (for puppies six months old or younger) runs for eight weeks on Saturdays from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. beginning on July 11. Space is limited. Fee for residents is $69. Fee for non-residents is $74. For more details and to register, visit www.renaudspiritcenter.com.
The Basic Dog Training Class (for dogs six months and older) also runs for eight weeks on Saturdays, but will be held from 11 a.m. to noon beginning on July 11. Space is limited. Fee for residents is $69. Fee for non-residents is $74. For more details and to register, visit www.renaudspiritcenter.com.
Both the Puppy Class and Basic Dog Training Class will be held at the Medium Pavilion-Dames Property in O’Fallon.
Off-topic note—Did you know: Austin Powers movies can be found in the St. Charles City-County Library District? Yeah, baby.
