Residential fire on Oakborough injures woman

Fire units, paramedics, St. Charles County Sheriff, Laclede and Ameren all responded to a house fire in the 200 block of Oakborough in Lake Saint Louis Thursday evening.
Reports stated that the fire started in a bedroom at about 11:00 p.m. and flames were visible from the outside. A female subject was taken to the hospital and the fire was extinguished by 11:34 p.m.
There is no more information at this time. A call to the Lake Saint Louis Fire Department was not returned.
