Passersby may wonder, “What’s that building being constructed by Taco Bell in Lake Saint Louis?”
Well, there’s a new eatery in town. Near Taco Bell and Sonic, a Wendy’s restaurant is under construction.
According to Steve Schertel, Director of Community Development in Lake Saint Louis, the city has not been told of a completion date, but the city estimates the new restaurant will be opening in the next two or three months.
Also, in the works is a Lake Saint Louis Arby’s. The proposal will be discussed at an upcoming city meeting.
It seems, residents are spoiled with dining choices galore. Also being constructed is a Jack-in-the-Box restaurant, which will soon be located across from Aldi on Highway N.
What else is headed this way?
In Sept., Lake Saint Louis officials expect to receive the site plan for the Von Maur Department Store. Destined to reside in The Meadows Lifestyle Center, Von Maur has been lauded as a benefit to the shopping complex. This location will be the company’s first in Missouri.
