O’Fallon awards Citizens of Achievement

Nine volunteers were honored on Sept. 20 as they were each presented with the 2008 Citizens of Achievement Award.

“It is through community service that these nine volunteers have changed people’s lives for the better, and they make our city a shining example,” said Donna Morrow, O’Fallon Mayor.
