Lake Saint Louis man charged with rape of 13-year-old

Daniel Binder, 44, of Lake Saint Louis has been charged with raping a 13-year-old girl.
On Apr. 2, the St. Charles County Prosecuting Attorney’s office issued charges of Statutory Sodomy 1st degree, Statutory Sodomy 2nd degree, Statutory Rape 1st degree and Statutory Rape 2nd degree.
The O’Fallon Police Department stated that the incidents occurred over a four year period between 2002 and 2006 in the 600 block of Durango. They began when the victim was 13 until she was 17.
The bond was set at $150,000 dollars with no ten percent authorized.
