Four teens injured in car crash near Foristell

Four teenagers were taken to the hospital in an early Saturday morning car crash on Route N at Morrison Lane near Foristell.

According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol, at about 4:25 a.m. the teenagers were riding in a 2000 Ford Expedition heading westbound on Route N when it traveled off the road and struck an embankment. The vehicle overturned onto the driver’s side, where it came to rest.

An 18-year-old male, from O’Fallon, was an occupant of the vehicle and suffered serious injuries. He was taken to St. John’s Hospital in Creve Coeur by St. Charles County Ambulance. He was not wearing a seatbelt.

The 17-year-old female driver, from O’Fallon, suffered moderate injuries and was taken to St. Joseph Hospital West by St. Charles County Ambulance. She was wearing a seatbelt.

A 17-year old male from Foristell was another occupant of the vehicle. He sustained minor injuries and was taken to St. Joseph Hospital West by St. Charles County Ambulance. He was wearing a seatbelt.

Another occupant was a 19-year-old male from Wentzville. He sustained minor injuries and was taken to St. John’s Hospital in Creve Coeur by St. Charles County Ambulance. He was wearing a seatbelt.
