Motor vehicle accident on Highway P

Sunday afternoon, at about 3:00, Gary K. Belk, 45, of Moscow Mills stopped to make a turn in a 2003 Toyota Sienna on Route P near Mette Road.
Seth M. Gorman, 18, was traveling behind Belk in a 1996 Dodge 1500. Gorman failed to stop and struck the rear of Belk’s vehicle. This caused Belk’s vehicle to travel into the pathway of a 1990 Ford Bronco being driven by Thomas P. Conry, 47, of Wentzville.
Belk and his 10-year-old passenger sustained minor injuries and were taken to St. Joseph West Hospital by St. Charles County Ambulance.
Conry and his passenger, Scherri L. Reinhold, 46, of O’Fallon, were taken to St. Joseph Hospital West by St. Charles County Ambulance. They also sustained minor injuries.
All involved were wearing seatbelts.
