Get your taste buds ready, it’s time for the 5th Annual Taste of Wentzville!
On Thursday, Oct. 9 from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., many of the finest restaurants in the area will gather at the Holiday Inn in Wentzville, offering their best dishes for tasting and savoring.
Tickets are $15 for adults and $6 for children 12 years and younger. The ticket price includes two drink tickets for adults and one soda ticket for children.
Wanting a more private evening? VIP tickets are $30 and offer private seating, a private open bar and early admission.
Participating restaurants will have a chance to win the People’s Choice Award. Tasters are encouraged to cast a vote for their preferred restaurant.
What about the kids? Don’t worry. The Taste of Wentzville event will also offer a Kids Play Area. Student volunteers from the Rotary Interact Club will supervise a play area which includes movies, video games, board games and a fun time.
The Taste of Wentzville is hosted by the Wentzville Chamber of Commerce. Frank Klaas of the Missouri Bank chairs the committee.
Committee members include: Mike Kelly and Joni Marren—Holiday Inn; Donna-Marie Pierre—Windows and the Works; Carol Quinn—Events by Quinn; Lois Schaffer—AFLAC; Bob Swank—City of Wentzville; and Erin Williams—Wentzville Chamber of Commerce.
The event is a fundraiser for the Wentzville Chamber of Commerce and the Wentzville Rotary Club.
