According to the Wentzville School District website, the district will NOT be receiving H1N1 flu vaccinations this week and must cancel the scheduled flu clinic for Saturday, Oct. 31. The other scheduled clinic dates (Nov. 7, Dec. 5 and Dec. 12) are also suspended.

The cancellation is due to distribution problems at the state level. When the district receives a significant number of the H1N1 flu vaccinations, they plan to reschedule clinic dates and times.

Students who have already turned in a vaccine reservation form will not need to do so again, because their information is already in the database. The district continues to accept student vaccine reservation forms from parents and guardians for the future clinic. Forms should be turned in to the school nurse. Find the vaccine reservation form here.
