Dates have been set for the Wentzville School District’s kindergarten registration/screening process. This event is for all children who live in the district and will turn five before August 1, 2009.

If your child has not been screened at the school district office or by his/her preschool this year, appointments are required and can be made by contacting the Parents as Teachers office at 636-327-3863. Screening appointments are filled on a first come, first served basis. While every effort will be made to accommodate you at your child’s school, it is possible that you may have to have your screening done at another elementary in the district.

Boone Trail, Tuesday, March 3, 2009
Crossroads, Tuesday, March 10, 2009
Duello, Tuesday, March 31, 2009
Green Tree, Tuesday, April 7, 2009
Heritage, Tuesday, February 26, 2009
Peine Ridge, Tuesday, March 17, 2009
Prairie View, Thursday, March 12, 2009

The day of the screening/registration parents should bring:

1. The child to be screened.
2. The child’s most current immunization records.
3. Two proofs of residency (including real estate tax receipt or valid lease).
4. Official copy of child’s birth certificate, if possible.
