UAW Local #2250 on Strike in Wentzville

UAW 2250 pickets began just after 10am at the Wentzville GM as workers left their shifts..
Today at 10:00 a.m., the United Auto Workers Local #2250 went on strike against General Motors.
As workers left their jobs, sccworlds.com was there. Within minutes, some workers traded their duties for picket signs. Many workers headed for the nearby union hall.
The air was filled with adrenaline as workers honked car horns while exiting the parking lot and some traffic honked back in support. Media vans parked creatively alongside Highway A.
This strike could possibly affect about 73,000 workers nationwide.
